Mexican corporation dedicated to offer micro-credits for rural areas, with the aim of enhancing the lives of those in need. Having already gained market traction, they required an ERP automated SaaS solution to efficiently manage all their operations.

The project began with a product discovery process and an extensive exploration of the industry to gain a profound understanding of the users' needs and the most effective methods to assist them in achieving their goals. The objective was to establish a SaaS multiplatform ecosystem. Each user journey was documented to create optimized UX for the platforms and the product. The result was a fresh and intuitive UI that enabled all user personas to comprehend the tool easily and engage with it seamlessly throughout their experience of use.
